Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. Customers must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or damaged items. Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.
